The British Dyslexia Association

The BDA takes a conventional view of dyslexia: 'a difference in the brain area that deals with language'. It has a network of local support groups throughout the country and produces a magazine for members. Your area's contact person may be able to recommend a specialist dyslexia tutor or an independent educational psychologist practicing locally.
